Commercial pressure washing on your schedule
Storefronts and sidewalks get washed before customers arrive, or after close. Wash water stays out of the storm drain.

What businesses call about
Sidewalks and entrances
Gum, spills, leaf stains and the gray film that builds up where people walk every day.
Dumpster pads
Grease and food waste behind restaurants and strip centers, usually with hot water.
Drive-thru lanes
Oil and tire marks in the queue, washed when the lane is closed.
Building fronts
Brick, block, metal panels and canopies, soft-washed where the finish calls for it.
Parking lot curbs
Curbs, islands and the walks along them, not resurfacing or striping.
Apartment common areas
Breezeways, stairs, pool decks and dumpster areas for property managers.

Stormwater, plainly
Knox County is a regulated stormwater community under the federal NPDES program, and its rules prohibit putting anything but stormwater into the storm drains. For a business that matters more than for a homeowner, because the property owner can be the one cited. On commercial jobs, drains are blocked, wash water from greasy areas is captured where needed, and nothing with detergent in it is sent to the curb inlet. Ask how it'll be handled at your site before the work is booked.
Scheduling
Early mornings, evenings and Sundays are common for businesses that can't have a hose across the entrance during the day. Recurring visits, monthly or quarterly, are available for restaurants and retail.
Asked about commercial washing
Still wondering about something? Call (865) 390-6589 and ask. It costs nothing to ask.
Can you wash before we open?
Yes. Early-morning starts are normal for storefronts and Market Square-style sidewalks, so the concrete has time to dry before customers arrive.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Ask for it before booking. Commercial clients should get one from whoever performs the work, naming the property if required.
Do you handle parking lot striping?
No. We wash concrete and building surfaces. Asphalt sealcoating and striping are other trades.
