Updated October 2026. Questions go to hello@smokymountainpressurewash.com.
When you fill in our estimate form, you give us your name, a phone number, the ZIP code of the property, the kind of washing you need and whatever you type into the notes. We use that to call you back, agree a price, send the job to the local contractor who'll do the washing, and keep a simple record of the work afterward.
When you phone us, an automated assistant answers first and writes down your details so a person can call you back. Our phone system logs the number you called from, and calls may be recorded so we get the details right; you'll hear that at the start, and you're welcome to say you'd rather not be recorded.
If you open the chat box on the site, it's run for us by an outside provider. What you type there comes to us like a form message, and your browser keeps your recent chats for up to 30 days so the conversation doesn't vanish if you reload the page.
Who else sees it
The contractor who washes your property sees your name, address, phone number and the job notes, because they can't do the work without them. Our phone, form, chat and email providers handle the information on our behalf. Nobody else gets it, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone, ever.
The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you. There are no advertising trackers here.
Keeping it, and asking us to drop it
We keep job records as long as we need them for taxes and for answering questions about past work. If you'd like us to tell you what we hold about you, fix something, or delete your contact details once a job is done, write to us at the address above and we'll take care of it.
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property in and around Knoxville, and we don't knowingly collect anything from children.
