How do I raise a problem?
Call (865) 390-6589 and say you'd like a callback about a complaint, or email us. Tell us the address, the date of the wash, what you were told would be done, what you're unhappy with, and add photos if you can. If the crew is still at your house, say so on the call and we'll deal with it that day.
How fast will someone respond?
A person will get back to you within one business day to confirm we've got it and to tell you who's handling it. Within ten business days you'll have a written answer saying what we found, what we'll do about it, and when.
Will someone come and look?
For anything about the result, like streaks left on siding, a missed section or a stain you were told would come out, yes. We'd rather see it than argue about it from a distance. If the fix is a re-wash of something that was missed, we arrange it.
What if I think something was damaged?
Tell us as soon as you notice it, and don't throw away anything that broke. We'll look, ask the contractor for their account, and if the damage came from the work, we'll press for it to be put right, through the contractor's insurance where that applies.
Who's responsible, you or the contractor?
The washing is done by an independent contractor. We booked them and we chose them, so we take complaints about both. When the problem is the contractor's work, we raise it with them for you and stay involved until it's settled. Our referral disclosure explains how the arrangement works.
What if we can't agree?
You never have to go through us. You can contact the contractor directly, the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs, or your local Better Business Bureau, or use small claims court. We'll give you the contractor's details for any of those.
