Who answers the phone?
When you call (865) 390-6589, an automated assistant answers first, whatever the time. It takes your name, number, address and what needs washing. Then a person calls you back, normally within the hour during the day and first thing the next morning if you called late at night.
Who gives me the price?
The person who calls you back. Often it's from your description and a few photos; for big houses, steep lots or commercial sites, someone comes out to look first. Either way you'll have the price before any work is scheduled.
Who comes out to wash?
An independent local pressure washing contractor and their crew. We tell you who it is before the day. They bring the trailer, hoses, ladders and cleaning solution, and they'll ask to use your outside spigot.
What will they do first?
Walk around the property, look for loose siding, open vents, outlets and anything fragile, soak and cover the plants near the walls, and move what needs moving. Then they wash.
Who do I call if something's wrong?

Why no names and photos here?
Because the contractors are independent businesses and the line-up changes with the season and the town. We'd rather tell you who's coming to your house than show you a staff photo that might not match. More on the arrangement is on our about page.
