Everything we wash, and how hard we spray it
Eleven kinds of work, two basic methods. Here's which one each surface gets and why, before you read the details.

| Service | Surfaces | Method |
|---|---|---|
| House washing | Vinyl, brick, Hardie board, stucco, painted wood | Soft wash |
| Soft washing | Anything that can't take force | Low pressure + cleaner |
| Roof washing | Asphalt shingles, metal roofs | Soft wash only |
| Driveway pressure washing | Broom-finish concrete, exposed aggregate | Surface cleaner |
| Concrete cleaning | Pool decks, walls, steps, garage floors | Pressure + degreaser |
| Patio cleaning | Flagstone, pavers, stamped concrete | Moderate pressure |
| Deck cleaning | Pressure-treated pine, cedar, composite | Low pressure, with the grain |
| Fence washing | Wood privacy, vinyl, picket | Low to moderate pressure |
| Gutter cleaning | Gutters, downspouts, gutter faces | Hand clear + flush |
| Commercial pressure washing | Storefronts, sidewalks, pads, lots | Hot water where it helps |

Not sure which one you need?
Plenty of calls start with "the whole outside looks tired." That's fine. A house wash, the driveway and the front walk are often done in one visit, and gutters fit in the same morning. Tell us what bothers you most and we'll suggest what to do first.
If you're getting ready to sell, many people in Knox County do the house, the driveway and the deck in one go a week or two before listing photos. Ask about doing it all on the same day.
