On the day, you'll see this
For most homes, the price comes from what you tell us and a few photos. For bigger jobs, someone walks the property with you or while you're at work and sends the number afterward. It's free either way, and there's no obligation.
Included in the price
Every surface named on the quote, washed with the right method; plants soaked and covered; outlets and fixtures protected; a final rinse; a walk-around or photos at the end.
Priced as its own line
Gutter face brightening, rust and oil stain treatments, sealing, stain stripping, and hauling water where there's no working spigot.
Not something we do
Roof, gutter or siding repairs, painting, window detailing and interior cleaning. We'll say so plainly and suggest who to call.
What the written quote lists
- Each surface by name: house sides, roof, driveway, walk, deck, fence, patio
- The method for each: soft wash or pressure wash
- Any add-ons, each with its own price
- The total, and how long the price holds (normally 30 days)
What happens by when
A person calls you back, usually within the hour in the daytime. You'll have a price the same day for most photo quotes, and within a couple of days for site visits. Once you say yes, the wash is scheduled on the next good-weather day that suits you, and you'll be told who's coming.
